Champagne Tower
A champagne tower is a show-stopping, celebratory moment that adds a touch of glamour and fun to your wedding and makes for absolutely stunning photos. Watching the bride and groom pour the first bubbly cascade together is a beautiful symbol of joy and it’s playful, elegant, plus always gets a cheer from the crowd. The tower sparkles, the champagne flows, and the smiles are real creating iconic images that capture the excitement and celebration of the day!
Group Photo on the Dance Floor
Getting a photo of everyone on the dance floor is a great way to get a fun shot of everyone that attended your wedding. This photo becomes more than just a picture, it’s a living memory of the people who showed up to celebrate your love, frozen in time in the most fun, authentic way possible! It's also such a fun way to kick off open dancing too while everyone is on their feet and ready to get the party started!
Add elements to your first dance
A first dance with cold sparklers, smoke bombs, or bubbles turns your big moment into something truly unforgettable that also photographs beautifully. Imagine the two of you moving together as golden sparks fly, soft clouds of color drift around you, and bubbles float and shimmer through the air. It’s whimsical, romantic, and absolutely magical. These layered effects create a dreamy, cinematic vibe that feels like a real-life fairytale and will also leave your guests in awe.
Confetti or Glow Sticks
Handing out confetti poppers or glow sticks toward the end of the night is the perfect way to take your dance floor energy to the next level. Just when guests think the party can’t get any better, a burst of color or glowing lights keeps the celebration alive and buzzing. It adds a fun, unexpected twist that brings everyone together for one last big, joyful moment and makes for incredible, high energy photos. Whether it's a confetti explosion or a sea of glowing lights, it’s the ultimate way to close out the night on a high note and leave your guests with an unforgettable final memory.
Grand Exit
When it comes to the grand exit at weddings, you are usually doing your “grand exit” a couple hours before your reception ends so that your photographer can capture the "send off". Rarely do you hire your photo and video team to stay until you actually leave your reception. Instead, we can do it part way through and then we say goodbye for the night.
The grand exit you see in photos is usually a staged exit, or just a fun activity to do with your guests during the reception. If you have hired a photographer to stay until the very end of your wedding or you’re having a shorter reception then you can have your actual grand exit photographed. It truly depends what is most important to you to have captured and some couples love having the actual moment captured, while others prefer to have it staged.
The best way to do a "send off" before the actual ending of the reception is to do a Photographer Send Off! So instead of faking your own exit, send your photo and video team off in style. This is a great way to get people hyped up and ready to party and can be done right when the dance floor opens for the rest of the night and gets the real party started. You can do it outside the doors of the venue, in the parking lot, or inside on the dance floor. All look amazing in photos!
Some ideas we love for the send off are sparklers, cold sparklers, bubbles, confetti, flower petals, streamers, and if you don't mind getting a little messy a champagne spray is always fun!
