The Best Orange County Engagement Session Locations

As an Orange County Wedding Photographer, we truly have the best locations in the world right under our feet to photograph weddings, engagement sessions, proposals and family photos. I'm happy to be sharing my favorite locations in Orange County for Engagement Photos and Proposals.

Crystal Cove Beach

Crystal Cove Beach in Newport, California is a photographer's dream. The stunning views and crystal clear water makes for the perfect backdrop for your engagement session, proposal, or wedding photos.

Shaw's Cove

Shaw's Cove in Laguna Beach, California is a small cove off the coast and is known for beautiful rocks, cliffs, and gorgeous sunset views as the sun dips behind the cliffs. We love photographing Engagement Sessions here because it offers more privacy than most beaches.

Mission San Juan Capistrano

The Mission in San Juan Capistrano is one of the most beautiful places with so many picture perfect spots. This location is perfect for engagement photos and for wedding photos if you're getting married nearby. They do require reservations and a fee for photography, but it's always worth it.

Redwood Grove

Redwood Grove Trail in Yorba Linda, California is one of my favorite little spots in Orange County for Engagement Photos. You feel like you're hidden away in a forest surrounded by the beauty of Redwood trees. The natural beauty of this location is perfect if you're looking for greenery and nature in your Engagement Photos.

Victoria Beach

In Laguna Beach, California, you will find this gorgeous beach that looks like it came right out of a story book with this old lighthouse on the cliff. This beach is gorgeous for Engagement Photos. It's important to keep in mind that during high tide this beach can be challenging to get to and from, but if you time it right, it's picture perfect.

Chino Hills State Park

In Orange County, California you will find many gorgeous parks but Chino Hills State Park is the largest and has endless spots for photos. This park is gorgeous especially during the spring when the California Poppies and Mustard flowers are blooming everywhere.
