There’s something truly magical about photographing a wedding at the historic Chapel of Orange. Nestled in the heart of Old Towne Orange in Orange County, California, this venue offers an enchanting mix of vintage charm and elegant architecture that makes every wedding feel like a fairytale. As a wedding photographer, this location is a dream to shoot, with its beautiful interiors, lush gardens, and romantic ambiance perfect for creating unforgettable images.

Brittany and Corey’s wedding day at the Chapel of Orange was nothing short of magical. From the emotional walk down the aisle to the golden light at Oak Canyon Nature Center, every moment was filled with joy, love, and genuine connection. As their photographer, I was honored to witness and document a day that felt incredibly true to who they are as a couple—laid-back, romantic, and completely in love.


The Chapel of Orange is one of Orange County’s most charming and timeless venues. Brittany and Corey chose to say their vows outdoors, beneath the beautiful canopy of trees in the garden courtyard. The soft rustle of leaves and warm California light set a dreamy, peaceful tone as their guests gathered in the serene setting. Corey saw Brittany for the first time as she walked down the aisle, and the emotion on his face was unforgettable. That moment was powerful and honest, and I could feel how deeply present they were with each other.


After the ceremony and some gorgeous portraits around the chapel grounds with the gorgeous vintage iron gates, textured walls, and classic Old Towne charm, we headed to Oak Canyon Nature Center for more romantic portraits under the trees. This spot is one of my favorite hidden gems in Orange County for couples who love nature. The light was perfect. We walked through shaded trails, open meadows, and rustic wooden bridges that gave their gallery a soft, natural feel to balance the elegant vibe of the venue.


Brittany and Corey were so easy to photograph. Their connection is natural, and they have this quiet, effortless chemistry that shows in every image. From start to finish, this wedding was full of thoughtful details, genuine emotion, and stunning backdrops.
